Description
Look up on the Kirtimukha Mandir and you’ll find a carved face nestled among the floral scrollwork at the crown — a traditional auspicious motif believed to guard the sanctum below. The carving only gets denser from there: layered fluted pillars, a stepped pyramid roof with fine detailing at every tier, and a cream stone Lakshmi idol seated at the centre, goddess of abundance watching over the home. A lotus pot placed at the entrance and a short run of steps finish the piece with the same attention given to every other surface.
